We start our adventure with a visit to Hobbiton
with a guided walking tour of Hobbiton as featured in The Lord of the Rings, finishing with a drink at the world-famous Green Dragon Inn. We enjoy a tour of Rotorua with a difference joining the crew of the Rotorua Duck, before a boat cruise around Lake Rotomahana, the final resting place of the legendary Pink & White Terraces. This evening we visit the Mitai Village for their Mitai Cultural Experience & dinner. The following day we enjoy an time old-time atmosphere with a steam train ride at the Glenbrook Vintage Railway.

Cirque du Soleil returns to Auckland with its most unique production CORTEO, set to charm audiences for the very first time.
It is a joyous procession, a festive parade imagined by a clown. The show brings together the passion of the artist with the grace and power of the acrobat to plunge the audience into a theatrical world of fun, comedy and spontaneity situated in a mysterious space between heaven and earth.
The clown pictures his own funeral taking place in a carnival atmosphere, watched over by quietly caring angels. Juxtaposing the large with the small, the ridiculous with the tragic and the magic of perfection with the charm of imperfection, the show highlights the strength and fragility of the clown, as well as his wisdom and kindness, to illustrate the portion of humanity that is within each of us. The music turns lyrical and playful carrying Corteo through a timeless celebration in which illusion teases reality.

Escape to Rarotonga with us in August, we have found accommodation on the beach front, imagine swimming in the warm lagoon in August.
Cruise the lagoon in a glass bottom boat and try snorkelling, sample local foods at the Muri Night Markets, the Mountain Safari Tour will take us off the beaten track to views only accessible by 4WD.
